The legal entity that operates VerifiedGig, its registered address and the courts that hear disputes are published on this page once they are confirmed.
These terms apply when you use the VerifiedGig website, including the application form. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You may also be asked to accept these terms when you submit an application. If you apply on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have their permission.
VerifiedGig recruits people who are interested in mystery shopping and local micro-delivery work. We collect applications, review them, and contact applicants we would like to take forward.
We are a recruitment service. We do not publish a marketplace of assignments on this site, and nothing on this site is an offer of work. Applying does not create a contract of employment, a contract for services or any other contract with VerifiedGig.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply. By submitting an application, you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the information you provide is accurate, complete and your own.
You must not use the site if you are barred from doing so by law, or if we have previously removed your access for a serious breach of these terms.
Applying is free. You do not need an account, and you cannot use the site to check the status of an application. If you are selected, a recruiter will contact you using the details you provided.
We review applications ourselves. Nothing is auto-approved, and no outcome is guaranteed. We may close an application, decline it, or ask for more information, and we are not obliged to give a reason.
Please send one application. Duplicate applications, false details and applications submitted on behalf of someone else without their permission may be removed.
If your details change while your application is open, contact us so we can update them.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, onboarding or assignment availability. Availability of work depends on the opportunities we are recruiting for at the time.
Applying through this site is free. We do not charge a registration fee or an application fee.
If anyone asks you to pay to apply, to secure a place, or to buy equipment or gift cards before you have been contacted by our recruitment team, treat it as suspicious and report it to us. Our Trust & Safety page explains the warning signs.

The site, its design, text and graphics are owned by VerifiedGig or licensed to us. You may read, download and print pages for your own use in connection with an application. You may not copy, republish or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The VerifiedGig name and logo are our marks. Nothing on this site grants you a right to use them.
The site may link to pages run by other organisations. We provide those links for convenience and do not control, endorse or take responsibility for their content or their privacy practices.
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that every page will be up to date.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including the application form, at any time.
To the extent the law allows, VerifiedGig is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity or data, arising from your use of the site or from an application.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that the law requires us to accept.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the VerifiedGig operating entity is established. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
